Turkey and Poppyseed Sandwiches Recipe

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 tablespoon poppyseed
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Onion
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 1/2 pound ham
  • 1/2 pound turkey
  • 1/2 pound Swiss cheese
  • 24 Martins potato rolls
Melt first 5 ingredients in saucepan and use for topping.

Slice your rolls in half and top each with ham and cheese and repeat with the turkey and cheese. Build your sandwich and place in 9 x 13 pans. You will have 1 pan of ham sandwiches and 1 pan of turkey sandwiches. Pour the topping you melted in the saucepan evenly over all sandwiches. Refrigerate all day before baking. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until is cheese in melted. Keep pans covered while baking. Enjoy!
