Pot Roast 23 Recipe

  • 3 1/2 pounds pot roast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 Carrots Sliced
  • 1/4 cup water or beef broth
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • black pepper
  • 3 potatoes, cut up
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 2 onions, sliced
Combine 1/4 cup flour, salt and pepper. Coat meat with this mixture.

Place all vegetables into cooker - top with roast. Cover and cook in slow cooker on low for 10-12 hours, or on high 6-8 hours.
