Shrimp Tomato Cream Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can crushed tomato (14 ounce can)
  • 5 shrimp (large)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onion
  • 50 cups about a 1/4 cup) heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons consome/seasoning(any kind)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Cooked Rice
Directions
Cut garlic and onion into small pieces.

Cut shrimps into 4

In a fry pan, stir fry garlic with a little bit of olive oil.

Add onion to the pan and stir fry.

After onion is soft, add cut shrimp to stir fry.

Add can of crushed tomato.

Add consome, then cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add some salt and pepper.

Add heavy cream and cook another minute.

Serve with rice.
