Old El Paso Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans Old El Paso Enchilada sauce (10 ounce cans)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 pound chicken (cooked)
  • 1 package tortillas
Container:9x13" glass pan
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly grease 9x13" glass pan.

In a separate bowl, combine 3/4 cup enchilada sauce, 1 cup cheese and chicken. Spoon mixture onto tortillas one at a time, and roll in the pan seam side down.

Pour extra sauce over top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes or until hot.
