Ham Balls 47 Recipe

  • 2 1/2 pounds ham loaf
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs - beaten
  • 3/4 cup graham crackers
  • SAUCE:
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
Mix ham loaf, milk, eggs and graham crackers with mixer or hands and shape into balls. Place in 9 x 13 pan.

In sauce pan, combine sauce ingredients. Heat until sugar dissolves and pour over ham balls.

Bake 1 hour at 325°. Ham balls do not brown.
