Shrimp Pasta 6 Recipe

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups cleaned medium shrimp (frozen ok)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces chicken broth
  • 5 ounces frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat large skillet to medium-high heat. Add cream cheese and broth, stir and cook 3 to 4 minutes until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended. Add Parmesan cheese, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Add shrimp and stir until cooked through. Add spinach and stir well. Drain pasta and place in large bowl, stir in shrimp mixture.
