Microwave Meatloaf 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • Meat loaf ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 slice bread, torn into small pieces
  • 1 can evaporated milk (small can)
  • 2 tablespoons Lipton onion soup mix or season to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Topping ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
Mix meatloaf ingredients and form a wreath in a glass pie plate. Mix topping ingredients and spread over meatloaf. Place plastic wrap over meat loaf and prick 3 to 4 holes in it. Microwave on high for 7 minutes. Serves 4.
