Red Apple Inn Chicken Recipe

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 pieces bacon
  • 1 jar dried beef
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
Tear the dried beef into smaller pieces and place in a large baking dish. Wrap the chicken breasts with bacon and place in dish. Mix the chicken soup, cream cheese and sour cream in a medium pan over low heat. Pour soup mixture over the chicken breasts, bacon and dried beef. Bake in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.
