Barbecue Brisket 4 Recipe

  • 3 pounds brisket
  • 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
  • 2 teaspoons celery seed
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Mix. Cover brisket place in baking pan and marinate in refrigerator over night. Cover and bake 4 hours at 300°.
