Italian Mostaccioli Recipe

  • 1 box mostaccioli noodles (1 lb box)
  • 1 can tomato paste (6 ounce can)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can tomatoes (16 oz. can)
  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
Cook noodles according to box directions. Layer noodles, meat mixed with vegetables and tomato paste and cheese. Repeat layer once more. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Should be bubbling when removed from oven.
