Easiest Chicken Casserole Recipe

  • 1 pound mixed white and dark chicken, cooked (boiled) and deboned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • chopped celery, to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
Layer cooked chicken in dish. Mix soup and milk and spread over chicken. Sauté celery and onion in butter. Mix in large bowl the remaining ingredients- celery, onion and butter; egg, chicken broth, and dressing. Spread over chicken and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.
