Ingredients
  • 1/2 package frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed
  • 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 3/4 pound cooked ham, bacon, or sausage
  • 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9x13" pan.

Layer ingredients in this order: Hashbrowns, Meat, 1 cup of cheese, Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash.

Beat eggs and milk together; pour over top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Cover and bake for 1 hour.

Remove cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
