Long John Silvers Fish Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 filets white fish
Directions
Dissolve the yeast in hot water.

Add rest of ingredients. Let mixture set for a few minutes.

Dip fish in batter and drop in a fryer or large pan of hot grease.
