ROLLED DUMPLINGS Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 whole Chicken, cooked, deboned
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder, heaping
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup water, lukewarm
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 quarts Chicken Broth
Directions
In a 4 qt. pot, heat broth to a rolling boil. Dumplings: Mix flour, baking powder, salt, water and oil together with a spoon.
