Honey Mustard Chicken Muffins Recipe

  • 4 English muffins, split and toasted
  • 1/2 Mayonnaise
  • 3 Dijonnaise creamy mustard
  • 2 honey
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • leaf lettuce
In small bowl, stir mayonnaise, creamy mustard blend and honey, set aside half of mixture. Brush remaining honey mustard on chicken breast. Grill or broil 6 inches from source of heat, turning occasionally 10 to 12 minutes or until tender; slice. On bottom muffin halves, layer-lettuce, chicken, remaining sauce and muffin top.
