Slow Cooker Tuscan Beef Stew Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can Campbells Tomato Soup (10 ounce can)
  • 1 can condensed beef broth
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 pounds stew beef
  • 1 can diced Italian-style tomatoes
  • 3 carrots cut into 1 inch pieces (large)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups Diced Potatoes
Directions
Mix soup, broth, water, beef, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, Italian seasoning and garlic in 3 1/2 qt slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours. Serve over rice.
