Super Burgers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds 85% ground chuck
  • 4 ounces finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 30 dashes Louisiana hot sauce
  • 20 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Hickory Smoke salt
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 whole small white onion, chopped
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Form into 5 oz. patties.
