Venison Burgers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 pounds ground venison
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2/3 cup dry red wine
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients; form into thick patties. Cook on grill or broil in oven, 10 minutes on each side. Serve on buns. Serves 8 to 10.
