Chili Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground meat
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 cans beef broth
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown meat, onion and garlic. Stir in all seasonings and fry. Add beef broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring often.
