Turkey and Zesty Slaw Wrap Recipe

  • 3/4 cup broccoli-coleslaw mix
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons apple-cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch sugar
  • 1 whole wheat flour tortilla
  • 2 slices smoked turkey
Combine the coleslaw mix, mustard, vinegar, oil, pepper, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl. Place the tortilla on a microwaveable plate. Cover with a paper towel and microwave on High until warm, about 15 seconds. Spread the turkey evenly on the tortilla; top with the coleslaw mixture. Fold the bottom over and roll up to enclose the filling. Serve at once or wrap in wax paper and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
