Chicken Breast with Mushrooms Recipe

  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup sherry wine
  • 3 whole chicken breasts
  • Paprika
  • 1 can mushroom gravy
Sauté mushrooms in butter, add sour cream, garlic, grave and wine. Blend. Place chicken in baking pan and pour mushroom mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
