Pork Ribs 2 Recipe

  • 14 ounces Pork ribs
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup, white rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Wine
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 tablespoon Salt
Wash the pork ribs and chop into 12 chunks. Marinate in remaining ingredients for half an hour. Heat in microwave for 20 minutes. Remove from oven every 5 minutes (total of 4 times) to turn the ribs over. Serve.
