Meatloaf 80 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds meatloaf mix
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, chopped (small)
  • Topping
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with hands. Shape into a loaf and pour topping mixture over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
