Pork Chops and Apples 4 Recipe

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 apples (peeled and sliced) (medium)
Lightly brown pork chops in melted butter in skillet. Turn chops only once when browning. Place peeled apples over browned pork chops. Sprinkle brown sugar over apples and add water. Cover and cook until apples are tender and pork chops are cooked through.
