Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds Venison steak (round beef steak can also be used)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Garlic salt
  • Onion
  • seasoning salt
Directions
Soak meat in salt water overnight; drain and cut into bite size pieces. Brown meat in small amount of oil in skillet, seasoning with garlic salt and other seasoning. Sauté onion in meat drippings. Stir all ingredients together and pour into oven-safe dish (add more water if needed). Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Serve with rice.
