Shrimp Casserole 8 Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound frozen peeled shrimp
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Shrimp Soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 onion (large)
1 bell pepper (large)
1 stick butter
1 package yellow rice
shredded cheese
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions. Sauté onion and bell pepper in butter until tender. Add soups and Rotel. Cook over medium heat for 15 mins stirring frequently. Add shrimp and heat for an additional 10 mins. Add rice to mixture stirring well. Bake in 9X13 pan at 350 for 30 mins. Top with shredded cheese.
