Mexican Chicken Casserole 28 Recipe

  • 2 cups boned chicken
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, melted
  • 1 package Doritos (large pkg)
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • Chopped onion
In bottom of greased casserole dish, layer onions, Doritos, and chicken

until all is used. Heat soups, Rotel, and cheese together and pour over

mixture in casserole. Heat in oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
