Grilled Salmon 7 Recipe

  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon steaks or fillet
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • Dip
  • sour cream
  • mayonnaise
  • dill
Mix all ingredients and pour over salmon.

Allow salmon to marinade for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Dip: Mix sour cream and mayonnaise 1 to 1. Then add as much dill as you desire for flavor.

Place fish skin down over medium heat in grill, for 20 minutes. Salmon is done when flakes with a twist of a fork.
