Easy Scalloped Potatoes & Ham 2 Recipe

Ingredients
6 potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced (Large)
Boneless Ham Slices, cut thin or in chunks
Dried minced onion
Flour
Butter
Salt
Pepper
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
3/4 can milk
Directions
Put a layer of ham in the bottom of a large glass casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Layer 1/2 of the potatoes on top of the ham. Lightly sprinkle potatoes with flour, dried onion, salt & pepper. Dot with butter. Add another layer of ham & potatoes. Finish with layer of ham. Combine soup & milk and pour over potatoes & ham. Bake in 350-375° oven for 1-1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender. Covering with foil will speed up the cooking process. Uncover last 15 minutes of baking. You can also make them in the microwave oven for about 1/2 hour. Stir every 10-15 minutes.
Note: add more milk if it doesn't seem like enough liquid.
