Beef Stew 29 Recipe

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 4 carrots, peeled and cut into large bite sized pieces (large)
  • 3 stalks celery cut into bite size pieces
  • 5 red potatoes, cut into large bite sized pieces
  • 2 yellow onions, cut inch large chunks (medium)
  • Sauce
  • 2 cups tomato sauce, 3/4 cup water, 3 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 6 tablespoon small tapioca
Mix sauce ingredients in bowl. Set aside. Cut viggies and arrange with beef in a large oven proof casserole dish. Pour sauce over meat and veggies. Cover and bake at 250 for 8 to 10 hours.
