Hungarian Pork Chops Recipe

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 ounce can)
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 375°. Trim pork chops, season with salt and pepper, and place single layer in baking dish. Place one slice of onion and one slice of bell pepper on each pork chop. Mix the sour cream, water, and the cream of mushroom and pour over pork chops. Bake for one hour or until done.
