Briar Patch Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 package Macaroni & Cheese Dinner (7 1/4 ounce pkg)
Directions
Brown meat and drain. Stir in barbecue sauce and onion; heat. Prepare Dinner as directed on package, except using 1/2 cup milk. Layer half of dinner in 10X6 inch baking dish; cover with meat mixture. Top with remaining dinner. Cover; bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
