Slow Cooker Pot Roast 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Beef (Pot) Roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package Liptons French Onion Soup
  • 5 Potatoes (I prefer Goldens) (large)
  • 5 Carrots (large)
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Chop the potatoes and carrots into chunks and sticks and add them into the crock-pot on top of the roast. Add the can and packet of soup, salt and pepper to taste. Besides the taste and simplicity of this recipe, the other thing I love about it is that the portions are easily reduced or added to depending on family size or number of guests. Cook time on low for 8 hours.
