Cook pasta according to package directions until tender. Drain.
Preheat oven to 350.
In a skillet add oil, scallions and garlic; sauté.
Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
Add wine to the chicken and cook for 1 more minute then season with the basil, parsley and pepper, if desired. Add diced tomatoes.
Add the milk, parmesan cheese and alfredo sauce to hot pasta and stir together. Add the chicken mixture and stir.
Put into a 9x13 inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
NOTE: For added flavor, sprinkle the top with mozzarella cheese prior to putting in the oven.
