Pork Loin Roast 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pork loin roast (medium)
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Dijon mustard
  • olive oil
Directions
Pour vinegar over roast, top with salt and pepper. Cover and place in refrigerator for a few hours. Place in roasting pan and cover top with Dijon mustard, sprinkle with olive oil. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
