Salmon Loaf 26 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can salmon
  • 2 cups Soft Bread Crumbs
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 cup salmon liquid
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Onion
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
Directions
Drain salmon; reserve the liquid. Flake the salmon. Add bread crumbs and egg. Add enough water to the salmon to make 1/2 cup. Pour over salmon, and add the remaining ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a buttered shallow pan. Bake preheated 375 oven for 50 minutes. Serves 4-6.
