Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet. Stir in the can of pineapple - juice and all, add vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly - reduce heat. Add cooked meatballs. Cover, simmer, stirring constantly at first then occasionally for 10 minutes. Finally, stir in the green pepper. Cover, simmer until a crisp/tender 5 minutes.
