Homemade Mac & Cheese 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups Milk
  • 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook macaroni in salted boiling water for 7-10 mins, drain and add to cheese mixture.

While mac is cooking; in pan melt margarine. Add flour with a wisk. Add salt and milk, mix well with wisk. Then add cheese. Once cheese is completely melted add drained macaroni and mix well. Simmer for a few minutes. Allow it to cool a few minutes before serving.
