Ground Turkey Meatballs Recipe

  • 2 packages each) ground turkey (20 ounce pkgs)
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon dry parsley
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
Mix and shape into balls. I use 1/8 C. to measure the size of the balls. Place on a cookie sheet or pan so that they are not touching each other. Freeze completely. After frozen, remove from the cookie sheet and place into freezer bags. When you are ready to use, just remove from freezer, cook completely and enjoy.
