Hogback Road Oven Fried Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 thick pork chops, fat trimmed
1 cup herb-seasoned dry bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°. Coat the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish with melted butter. In a medium bowl, combine beaten egg, milk and pepper. Dip pork chops in egg mixture and coat with dry bread crumbs. Place pork chops in prepared baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Turn chops and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until chops are cooked throughout. Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
