Halloween Night In The 'Ville Sloppy Joe's Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup, undiluted
Directions
Brown ground beef.

Add vegetables and sauté until tender.

Add remaining ingredients adjusting vinegar and sugar to taste.
