Fiesta Beef Rib eye Steaks Recipe

  • 4 Rib-eye, cut 3/4 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded Colby
  • 8 flour tortillas, warmed (medium)
  • 1 cup prepared salsa
Sprinkle beef steaks with lime juice. Place steaks on grill over medium, ash- covered coals. Grill Rib-eye steaks, uncovered, 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally. Top steaks with cheese, serve with tortillas and salsa.
