Stir Fry Chicken & Rice Wraps Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 6 Buena Vida fat free tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup thinly slicked celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
Directions
In small bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger and chicken. Let stand 15 minutes. Heat wok or large skillet that has been lightly coasted with vegetable cooking spray. Add mushrooms, celery, green onion and garlic. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly until crisp tender. Transfer to a bowl. In same wok skillet cook chicken mixture until heated through. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Spoon chicken mixture onto tortillas and wrap or fold to enclose filling. Makes 6 servings.
