Sweet and Sour Pork Chops 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 - 6 pork chops
  • 1 can condensed beef broth
  • 1/2 cup drained pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Chopped onion
  • 1/2 can onion soup
Directions
Brown chops on both sides; pour off drippings. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cook, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until tender. Spoon sauce over chops often. Remove chops, cook sauce until thickened. Serve over chops.
