Pork Tenderloin 10 Recipe

  • 2 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350°. Trim fat from pork and place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and brush over pork. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the tenderloin and bake for 50 minutes, basting often, or until the thermometer registers 160°.
