Brisket 9 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 brisket (10 lb )
  • 3 tablespoons red wine
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package McCormick Mesquite seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon season all
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°. Place brisket in one half C. of water. In a large baking pan, mix all ingredients and place on brisket. Bake over night. Pour 4 to 5 T. of Braque sauce over the brisket sprinkle additional 2 T. of season all and 1 T. black pepper over the brisket. Rub in well. Cook fo10 additional minutes.
