Beef Stroganoff 88 Recipe

  • 1 onion, thinly sliced (medium)
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 6 ounces beef strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt/pepper
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 12 ounces wide noodles
In a large skillet, heat 1 1/2 tbs oil, add onion and cook until softened. Set aside onions. Coat beef in flour, salt and pepper. Heat remaining oil in skillet over medium-high heat and cook beef in oil for about 5 mins. Set aside and rain fat from pan. Add mushrooms and onions to the pan and fry for 2-3 mins. Add sour cream and beef strips to skillet.

Cook noodles as directed on package, drain and add to beef mixture.
