Chicken Casserole 168 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 whole chicken, cooked & deboned
  • 1 1/2 sleeves crumbled Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick Melted Butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream
Directions
Melt margarine and mix with the crackers. Place half of mixture in 9 x 13" pan. Top with chicken. Mix the 3 soups and sour cream, pour over chicken and top with remaining Ritz crackers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
