Pork Chop Pasta Dinner Recipe

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni or rotini
  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 ounce can)
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Cook noodles in water, drain. Place noodles in 12x7 baking dish. In skillet, brown pork chops in hot oil, drain. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange chops over noodles in baking dish. Combine tomato sauce, onion and remaining spices and pour over chops and noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake in 350° oven for 1 1/4 hours. Serves six.
