MEXICAN CASSEROLE 59 Recipe

Ingredients
  • Crushed tortilla chips
  • 3 cups diced, cooked chicken
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 cans chopped tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Coat 13x9 inch dish. Line bottom of dish with tortilla chips. Combine chicken, sour cream, tomatoes and chilies, onions, cumin and garlic. Spread over chips. Sprinkle with cheese and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover. Sprinkle with chips and bake uncovered for 30 minutes more.
